Registered Manager

I am responsible for managing how well staff and team members at Nesscare Ltd work together to deliver effective care and support to our clients based in and around the Southend-on-sea area.

I am an Adult registered nurse who has several years of experience in cardiology within the NHS sector. I am passionate about enabling individuals to take back control of their health and promote independence within the comfort of their homes.

I believe respect and dignity is at the heart of the services` culture and values and this is embedded in everything that we aspire to do to offer excellent services to our clients.

Nesscare Ltd is committed to providing quality services for Service Users and is comprised of caring, competent, and well-trained staff.

Our team members consist of:

  • Care workers etc

    • They are champions within the service who actively make sure right care and choice is provided promoting an outstanding quality of life. Nesscare employs a team of trained carers, support workers and nurses who are recruited to meet our clients’ individual needs. We complete stringent pre-employment checks as well as providing comprehensive induction and ongoing training:

  • We apply for Enhanced DBS checks for all members of our care team and complete annual update checks via the Disclosure & Barring Service’s Update Service.
  • We verify employees’ complete career history and obtain employer references covering at least the last three years’ employment.
  • We provide comprehensive induction programmes which are delivered in our classroom locations and facilitated by our team of qualified trainers.
  • All members of our team complete practical training in areas including moving & handling, administration of medications and basic life support as well as specialist training in areas such as the management of tracheostomies and gastrostomy tubes, as required.
  • Our team takes part in ongoing training and continuing professional development opportunities
